Rosetta’s Kitchen in Asheville, N.C.

Rosetta’s Kitchen is one of Asheville’s many vegetarian/vegan restaurants. They serve lunch, dinner, late night and Sunday brunches. Rosetta’s Kitchen has hosted hundreds of benefits, art shows, and musicians. They have fed the homeless, the wealthy, celebrities and everyone in between. The menu consists of a lot of comfort food including chili cheese fries with vegan queso, tempalo wings with vegan ranch, and peanut butter tofu with mashed potatoes. Laughing Seed Cafe

The great thing about living in Asheville, North Carolina was eating at all of the vegan-friendly places. In my opinion, Laughing Seed is the second best vegan-friendly restaurant in Asheville after Plant. It is located on a side street amongst shops in downtown Asheville. Jack of the Wood, a local bar is downstairs and can be accessed by a staircase inside the restaurant. Continue reading
