My Favorite Smoothie

I make this smoothie everyday. I found the right mix of ingredients and I have stuck with it. This smoothie never gets old. It is delicious every time!


6 bananas (some days I put only 3-4 bananas in)

3 cups spinach

4 pitted dates (I use medjool dates)

1 tbsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. ground flax seed meal

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

plant-based milk, coconut water or water


  1. Place ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely blended.
  3. Enjoy!

I never measure the spinach, vanilla, cinnamon, flax seed meal, blueberries, strawberries or the liquid. Feel free to use fresh fruit. You can omit or add anything you want. You can try mango, kale, swiss chard, pineapple, papaya, watermelon, kiwi, celery, peaches, cucumber, etc. Make your own! Have fun!
