Amy’s Vegan Margherita Pizza with Daiya Cheese


The thing I always craved after going vegan was pizza. I am so happy that Amy’s makes vegan pizzas. It definitely satisfies my craving:)

You may notice that the Daiya cheese is sparse. This is definitely a good thing because too much can really be overpowering. The pizza also contains italian seasoning, basil, and sun-ripened tomatoes.

The taste is very good. It has a lot of good flavors. The basil and the sauce really stood out. The crust is a lot different from the Roasted Vegetable Pizza. In my opinion, I liked the Roasted Vegetable Pizza crust a lot more because it is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. This crust is a lot thinner. This product is low in fat and sugar but high in sodium.

Ingredients : 0g Trans Fat/No Added MSG/No Preservatives “(Vegan) Organic wheat flour*, organic wheat bran* and organic wheat germ*, filtered water, organic diced tomatoes*, DaiyaTM  Vegan Mozzarella-style shreds [filtered water, tapioca and/or arrowroot flours, expeller pressed safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, vegan natural flavors, inactive yeast, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, lactic acid (derived from sugar), titanitum dioxide (a naturally occurring mineral)], organic tomato puree*, extra virgin olive ooil, organic agave nectar*, organic basil*, sea salt, black pepper, yeast, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil.
